Prestige English Learning Academy (PELA) offers a variety of services for Kelowna residents, visitors, recent immigrants and  international students .  Japanese, Chinese and Korean translators are available to assist with tours of the Okanagan, conferences, business meetings and medical, immigration or legal documents.  PELA offers personalized, private ESL instruction and group classes.  In addition, homestay accommodations are provided.  Prestige English Language Academy's services are truly unique to the Okanagan.
