Four acres of serene perennial gardens and a "Japanese Inspired" garden, carved out of a lovely old apple orchard. Surrounded by unobstructed mountain views and pastoral countryside. Home to notable collections of uncommon perennials, tree and herbaceous peonies, English roses, hostas, daylilies, iris and ornamental grasses.

Relax under fragrant rose and clematis covered pergolas, wander down "Shady Lane" between rows of craggy old apple trees and savor the aromatic herb garden. Be inspired by xeriscape (low water usage) garden designs, rockery and scree beds. Enjoy the splendor of the view from the hand crafted "chapel-like" gazebo that overlooks the gardens and be entertained by the fascinating little hummingbirds, cute but pesky California Quail and the graceful gliding of the Swallowtail Butter-flies.

Take home a treasured plant from the unique perennial nursery, or an original piece of garden art from our onsite kiosk.

Available for guided & self-guided tours, a unique specialty nursery, seminars, wedding ceremonies & photo sessions. Open daily 9-5pm (Closed Mondays), early April to early October. Japanese and English spoken.
