Summerland Waterfront Resort

The Summerland Waterfront Resort Hotel is located on the shores of Okanagan Lake in Summerland's Lower Town a short 5 minute drive to Summerland's main street and central shopping area and approximately 15 minutes driving to downtown Penticton.

Each of the 76 beautifully appointed guest suites have full kitchens including dishwasher microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven. Other features include fireplace, color television with DVD player and balconies. Guest comfort and convenience is our main concern and to assist in providing this each suite also has bathrobes, hair dryers, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards.

The Resort has several different room types including Studios, One Bedroom Suites, Two Bedroom Suites, Lofts and One Bedroom Lofts accommodating from 2 to 7 persons and more than 75% of the suites have breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake.

All of our Recreational Facilities open onto Okanagan Lake including our outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, (open year round), 900 sq foot fitness facilities with steam room and outdoor barbeque area. May through September we are pleased to have on site rentals for recreational water sport vehicles.

Food and Beverage facilities on site include Jamie’s Bistro open daily from 7 a.m. The Bistro offers a variety of coffee/tea/juice and soft drinks as well as muffins, pastries and fresh sandwiches. Shaughnessy’s Cove Restaurant and Pub is located adjacent to the hotel and is open daily from 11 a.m. with a full lunch and dinner menu.

Opening in spring 2007, Summerland Waterfront Resort Phase Two which will add a further 39 guest suites to our resort as well as a full service Spa with esthetics area as well as 3 private treatment rooms.
