The Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA) is holding the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, March 11th, 2009 at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre, Penticton, British Columbia.

Association members in good standing can be nominated by another Association member in good standing for a position on the TOTA Board of Directors. This position is for the period of one year (April 1 to March 31). *Please do not nominate someone from the same company. A Board meeting (of newly elected Board members) will be held following the AGM (same day) to elect the Executive.

Note that the constitution does not allow for voting by proxy or nominations from the floor.
